Where do you ship to?

Our shipping services are presently available solely within the United States. We have plans to introduce international shipping in the future.

How long does shipping take?

  • Most items have a delivery time of 2-5 business days. However, some items can take 5-10 days for delivery. 
  • Please see estimated delivery dates listed by the product on the product page for our estimated delivery times. 

How do I track my order?

Kindly utilize the 'Track Your Order' section located at the top or bottom of the page. Provide the necessary details on that page to receive tracking updates for your order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery

How long does it take to process my return?

  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes! The easiest way to do an exchange is to start a return on the unwanted item, then do a separate purchase

What qualifies to be returned?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Body suits, jumpsuits, mystery bags, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Do you have a physical store location?

At this time, we do not have a physical store location. However, that is something that we are looking at potentially having in the future.

Are the colors of the products online accurate?

We strive to ensure that the colors of our products appear as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to variations in computer monitors and screen settings. Additionally, factors such as lighting during product photography may also affect how colors are perceived.

Can I cancel an order after it's paid for?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the completed purchase. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage.
